Dental Staff

Nisha Sharma-Felder is a dental hygienist at Dr. Jasthi's practice .Shegraduated with a bachelor of Science degree in 1997 from the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Canada. She furthered her education in the field ofdental hygiene and graduated with her Dental Hygiene diploma in 2000 fromthe University of Manitoba, School of Dental Hygiene. In 2003 , Nisha movedto Tampa, Florida and joined Dr. Jasthi's team in 2004.Nisha appreciates Dr.Jasthi's honest , caring, conservative approach in treating her patients andNisha follows in her footsteps because she believes in the same values. My name is Jennifer and I am one of Dr. Jasthi's dental hygienists. I havehad the pleasure of working in her office for the past 7 years. I have beena hygienist for 19 years. I am from the Ft. Lauderdale area and moved toWesley Chapel in 2011. I now have a 13yr old daughter, and wanted to placeroots in a more family friendly area.I am honored to be working for Dr. Jasthi for so long. As most of you know,it is hard to find a dentist who does great work as well as having a heartfor helping people. I have never worked for a more compassionate dentist.She not only takes great care of her patients, she also takes great care ofher staff. And I do have to say our staff is 'THE BEST'. We are one bighappy family and we look out for each other. We make sure our patients arealso well taken care of and get that 'Big Happy Family' vibe.

Marianela Castillo-Roman has more than 10 years of experience in the Dental Industry. In addition to working on different positions in the dental field, she also worked in multiple cities in the country which contributed to her vast knowledge in the operational side of this field. Since 2017, she has been working for Dr. Jasthi , she started working as the front desk coordinator and later on advanced to Office Manager.

Marianela holds a B.A in Business Administration from the University of Antonio Jose De Sucre.

When not working at the Dental Office, Marienela enjoys spending time with her family and having long phone call conversations with her father in Venezuela.
