Dr. Neeraja Jasthi, DMD
Dr. Neeraja Jasthi obtained her dental degree from Tufts Dental School in 1996 and has been serving in the dental field with exceptional care ever since. Dr. Jasthi has been practicing dentistry since 1997, established her practice in 2002 and has remained committed to staying at the forefront of dental advancements through numerous continuing education courses. This commitment ensures that her patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental treatments available. Beyond her practice, Dr. Jasthi is deeply involved in volunteering at community health clinics, including the Calvary Community Clinic, underscoring her passion for extending dental care to those in need. Dr. Jasthi is a proud member of several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Florida Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Jignesh Patel, DMD
Dr. Jignesh Patel brings extensive clinical experience, a passion for education, and a strong commitment to compassionate patient care. Before moving to the United States, he practiced dentistry in India for 10 years, where he treated a wide range of patients and developed a strong foundation in comprehensive dental care. Alongside his clinical practice, Dr. Patel also shared his knowledge by teaching endodontics to third- and fourth-year dental students, reflecting his dedication to mentorship and continued learning within the profession. After coming to the United States, Dr. Patel earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University. He is a member of the Florida Dental Association and the Upper Pinellas County Dental Association. Dr. Patel values building trusting relationships with his patients and strives to make every dental visit as comfortable, informative, and positive as possible. He is also passionate about giving back to the community and enjoys participating in outreach efforts that provide free dental treatment to individuals in need. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Patel enjoys running, cooking, playing cricket, traveling, and spending time exploring new places and cultures.
Nisha Sharma-Felder, Registered Dental Hygienist
With over two decades of experience in dental hygiene, Nisha Sharma-Felder has been an integral part of Dr. Jasthi's practice. She graduated from the University of Manitoba, Faculty of Dentistry - School of Dental Hygiene, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Beyond her passion for dental care, Nisha cherishes spending time with her children. Whether it's playing board games, enjoying music together, or cheering them on at their sports events, family time is her greatest joy outside of work. Nisha's approach to patient care reflects her commitment to excellence and compassion. She believes in treating every patient like family, ensuring they receive the best recommendations and care tailored to their individual needs.
Jennifer Berry, Registered Dental Hygienist
Jennifer Berry, one of Dr. Jasthi's dental hygienists, has been working in the dental field since 2001, and has been working for Dr. Jasthi since 2013. Relocating to Wesley Chapel in 2011 was motivated by a desire for a family-friendly environment for her daughter. Jennifer expresses that it has been an honor to work alongside Dr. Jasthi, a compassionate dentist who prioritizes the well-being of her patients and staff. She explains that our team operates like a harmonious family, ensuring that our patients feel the positive and caring atmosphere that defines our practice.
Abeline Kovoor, Registered Dental Hygienist
Abeline Kovoor is a driven professional who completed her education at P.M.N.P. Dental College in India in 2017. Since then, she has honed her expertise in the dental field, with experience as a dental assistant in Missouri and Connecticut before settling in Tampa, Florida. Her dedication and hard work have led her to transition from an insurance coordinator to a hygiene coordinator, and finally to her current role as a dental hygienist in 2023. Her commitment to excellence is evident not only in her professional pursuits but also in her leisure activities, where she finds joy in playing pickleball with friends in her free time.

Kelly Biersbach, Dental Assistant
With more than 20 years of experience in the dental field, Kelly Biersbach has dedicated her career to serving as a dental assistant. After relocating from Michigan to join our team in 2018, she has brought an abundance of expertise and passion to her role alongside Dr. Jasthi. Kelly obtained her education and certification from Ross Medical in Michigan and further solidified her skills by earning an expanded functions' certification from the state of Florida. Kelly's day brightens when she engages with our exceptional patients and tends to their dental needs. Beyond her professional life, she cherishes spending quality time with loved ones, staying active, and delving into the pages of a captivating book.
Marianela Castillo, Office Manager
Marianela Castillo-Roman has more than 21 years of experience in the dental industry. In addition to working in different positions in the dental field, she also worked in multiple cities in the country which contributed to her vast knowledge in the operational side of this field. She has been working for Dr. Jasthi since 2017; she started working as Front Desk Coordinator and later on advanced to Office Manager. Marianela holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Antonio Jose De Sucre. When not working at the dental office, Marienela enjoys spending time with her family and having long phone call conversations with her father in Venezuela.
Kayla Strocchio, Social Media Manager
Kayla Strocchio has been working with Dr. Jasthi since 2024, where she handles reception duties, appointment coordination, Invisalign, and front-office tasks that help create a welcoming experience for patients. She is also passionate about enhancing the practice’s online presence through website development and social media marketing. Kayla is currently studying at the University of South Florida with the goal of becoming a dentist. She serves as Vice President of the USF Pre-Dental Society, USF Smile Club, and three additional student organizations. She regularly attends dental outreach events, Florida Dental Association programs, Florida Mission of Mercy, and local dental association meetings to learn more about organized dentistry, give back to the community, and connect with mentors and peers. In her free time, she volunteers as a dental assistant and enjoys going to the gym and spending time with friends.
